2. Generation Limits

To keep the system highly responsive for everyone, anonymous guest sessions are limited to 2 free image generations. Creating a verified account removes this limit, enabling persistent storage and sync. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that execute automated scraping scripts or excessive API loop requests.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Images generated on Gennfree Image are produced using open-source diffusion architectures (Flux 1 Schnell & SDXL). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, you hold the ownership, distribution, and commercial usage rights over the generated JPEG files and your text prompts. We assert no royalty or proprietary claims over your works.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our image generation tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI models can occasionally produce unexpected or distorted visual artifacts. We make no guarantees regarding continuous service availability or precise literal accuracy of the outputs.

5. Changes to Terms

We may occasionally modify these terms to align with updates in AI regulation or cloud rendering operations. Continuing to use the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
